Its goal is to create an international research and education center for those working on renewing farming methods, protecting biodiversity, and building an organic relationship between gastronomy and agricultural science. The university offers a PhD Program in Ecogastronomy, Education and Society, various Master Programs, a two-year Graduate Degree in Food Innovation & Management and an Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures.
